15Do you offer AI automation and chatbots?
Yes. AI Starter (€299 setup) is an AI assistant on your website that answers questions about your services, hours and FAQ, based on the information you provide, and sends visitor details to you. AI Workflow (€499 to €799 setup, depending on scope) adds an inquiry and booking workflow, automatic confirmation and follow-up messages, and leads organised in your own sheet or tool. Custom AI Automation starts from €900 after a written quote. Monthly costs of AI tools are paid by the client and quoted upfront. No results are guaranteed.
21How long does a website take?
Launch Website is delivered in 3 working days. Business Website and Business Plus take from 7 working days. Delivery times count in working days and are confirmed in your written quote. Work starts 24 hours after payment confirmation and receipt of all requirements.
24Do I own my website, domain and content?
The website is yours after full payment, and you buy and own the domain in your own name.
26What does website maintenance cost?
€40 per month. The first month is free for every website built by Solo Trace on any website or store package, and covers maintenance only. It includes 30 minutes of small updates, routine updates, basic checks and troubleshooting. Cancel through the website form.
