Pick it up
We call when it is ready, walk you through the work, and hand back the old parts if you asked for them.

Straight answers
Do I need to book?
For tyres and diagnostics you can walk in. For servicing, brakes and air conditioning a booking gets you a fixed slot and the parts ready on the day.
Are the price ranges fixed?
They are sample ranges for a typical family car. Your written quote is the fixed price, and it only changes if you approve extra work.
Do you use original parts?
We fit original-equipment quality parts as standard, with a 24-month guarantee on the part. If you prefer the manufacturer's branded part, we quote both.
How long does a service take?
A standard service is two to three hours. Brakes take about the same. Diagnostics usually take under an hour.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. We fit them at the hourly labour rate, but the parts guarantee then comes from your supplier, not from us.
