Refunds

A full refund if you cancel before work starts.

Cancellation

Website maintenance renews month to month until cancelled, with no long-term contract and no cancellation penalty. Cancel before the next billing period through the cancellation form ([Cancellation form link]). Out-of-scope work is quoted separately and started only after your approval.

Revisions

  • Every package includes 2 revision rounds. A round is one complete list of changes, sent together.
  • Extra revisions cost extra, depending on the changes, and are quoted before the work starts.
  • A requirements form collects all your wishes up front. It is the agreed scope of the project.
  • Requests beyond the form after the 2 rounds are paid work.
  • Fixes are free only when the mistake is ours. They do not count as a revision round.
